 Open source Software is any software with availability of its coding,it is also called 'Free Software'.Any one can edit,modify the coding and can use.Open source initiative is providing many licenses.Source forge is one of the host where we can download and develop software. Open source players are Red Hat, IBM, Oracle, MySQL (Sun).My favourite open source project is KOHA.

This technology allows for much more efficient computing by centralizing storage, memory, processing and bandwidth.So, in essence, Cloud Computing should be capable of providing the end-user, services for each component of end-to-end application life-cycle.
